(ResumeWatchDirectoryChanges): new method.

made current position methods public.

(CanExecuteExtract): new code-behind method for xaml widgets.
(CanExecuteDelete): renamed into CanExecuteOnPhysicalFile.

(ExtAutoCompleteBox.OnPopulating): capture trown exceptions.
