4b9f88d8ec * change return type of all client functions from bool to steam_bool to avoid inconsistency problem in the client library 
* implement missing client functions
  - `Breakpad_SteamSendMiniDump()`
  - `Steam_IsKnownInterface()`
  - `Steam_NotifyMissingInterface()`
